Remote Support in 3 Simple Steps

Invite

Click on the button Create an Invitation for PC or MAC, depending on what type of computer you are using.

Download

After clicking on the invitation button, you will be asked to download a file called “remote”. Download the file and execute, it after is done downloading into your computer.

Connect

Call our office, request Remote Support and provide the engineer with your unique ID.
