Initiate a Remote Support session, to allow one of our engineers to solve your problem remotely using a secure and encrypted connection*.

Three simple steps:

1. Invite: At the office or on the road, go to our website and click on the Remote Support link then click on the button Create an Invitationfor PC or MAC, depending on what type of computer you are using.

2. Download: After clicking on the "Create an Invitation" button, you will be asked to download a file called "remote". Download the file and execute, it after is done downloading into your computer.

3. Connect: Call our office, request Remote Support and provide the engineer with your unique ID & Password.
